Feel, then heal. This phrase has always been the core of true breakthroughs. Only by allowing yourself to fully experience your emotions can you begin to move through them in a healthy, grounded way. Everyone wants to get out of the mud, but few are willing to go through it. I became a Licensed Professional Counselor to walk alongside my clients as they find their way through toward healing, clarity, and growth.

I often ask thought-provoking questions to help clients to draw their own conclusions, because real growth happens when insight comes from within. My calming disposition creates a vibe that allows clients to feel emotionally safe, not just with me, but with themselves. That’s where the real work begins.

I often ask thought-provoking questions to help clients to draw their own conclusions, because real growth happens when insight comes from within. My calming disposition creates a vibe that allows clients to feel emotionally safe, not just with me, but with themselves. That’s where the real work begins.I have experience working with a diverse range of clients, from children to older adults, facing challenges like depression, anxiety, grief, anger, and psychosis.

My background in inpatient behavioral health has equipped me to support individuals in active crisis as well as those recovering from psychotic episodes. I approach this work with a trauma-informed lens, always aiming to meet clients where they are with patience, presence, and care.

As a trauma-informed clinician trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), I support clients in processing and healing from past experiences that continue to impact their present. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, selecting tools that align with each client’s unique goals and needs.

My goal is for every client to leave session feeling seen, heard, and supported. I want them to walk away with more clarity, a sense of hope, and a plan they can carry into the real world.

Feel, then heal.
