Life can bring seasons that leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next. You do not have to work through those moments alone. I provide a supportive space where you can feel heard, better understand what you are experiencing, and begin taking meaningful steps toward healing and change.

A Space to Heal, Grow, and Move Forward

I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing a wide range of emotional and relational concerns. I am especially passionate about supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, family conflict, identity concerns, life transitions, postpartum challenges, and substance use concerns. I also work with clients who want to strengthen their self-esteem, establish healthier boundaries, improve communication, and develop a stronger sense of purpose.

My therapy style is warm, collaborative, practical, and client-centered. I want you to feel safe, heard, respected, and understood while also having the space to be honest about the areas of your life that may need attention. I balance compassion with accountability and will work with you to recognize patterns, develop healthier ways of coping, and identify realistic steps toward the changes you want to make.

My approach is influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based strategies, narrative approaches, and family systems principles. I use a trauma-informed and person-centered approach, tailoring therapy to your individual needs, strengths, values, and goals. Sessions may include coping strategies, mindfulness exercises, journaling, communication skills, boundary-setting techniques, or other practical tools that you can continue using outside of therapy.

For clients who desire it, I also offer the option to incorporate Christian faith and spiritual principles into therapy. My experience in ministry has given me an understanding of how faith can intersect with emotional health, relationships, identity, and difficult life experiences. Faith-based counseling is incorporated based on each client’s preference and is not an expectation of therapy.
I believe healing is possible, but I also understand that growth does not always happen in a straight line. Therapy can give you the opportunity to better understand yourself, work through painful experiences, recognize your strengths, and learn healthier ways to respond to what life brings. I will meet you where you are, without judgment, and work alongside you as you move toward the life and relationships you want.

You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. We can start with where you are.
