Life can bring challenges at any age, and you do not have to navigate them alone. Whether you are supporting a child through big emotions, a teen finding their way, adjusting to adulthood, or working through changes in your relationships, family, or career, I am here to provide a supportive space to help you move forward.

Growing, Healing, and Finding What Works for You

I work with children, teens, adults, and families experiencing a variety of life challenges. With younger children, I use play therapy to help them express themselves and work through emotions in ways that feel natural to them. I support teens with concerns such as school, peer relationships, and the changes that come with growing up. I also work with young adults navigating the transition into adulthood and adults experiencing challenges related to parenting, relationships, career changes, and other life transitions.

My approach is centered around you and what you need from therapy. I want to understand your experiences, goals, values, and the things that are important to you. This includes making room for cultural and spiritual perspectives when they are meaningful to you. Together, we can identify patterns that may no longer be working, strengthen your relationships with yourself and others, and develop strategies that fit your life.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other evidence-based approaches based on each client’s needs. Our work may focus on building coping and life skills, improving communication, strengthening relationships, processing trauma, or adjusting to changes in your life.
When you work with me, you can expect a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can be open about what you are experiencing. I believe trust, respect, and honest communication are important parts of the therapeutic relationship. My role is not to tell you what your life should look like, but to work alongside you as you better understand yourself, work through challenges, and find solutions that make sense for you.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. We can start where you are.
